John Tsoulos
John is an accountant with a difference. He’s not only a Chartered Accountant and Certified Practicing Account he is also a Qualified Property Investment Advisor (QPIA).
John is an accountant with an entrepreneurial flair for real estate. For over 30 years he has specialised in offering business building advice and practical accounting services through his company, Indigo Financial, to businesses across Australia. He is also a sought-after presenter for business education, wealth creation and events.
Whilst growing his successful practice, John built his own property portfolio and became so passionate about the real estate industry, he qualified as a fully licensed Real Estate agent.
As an accountant he realised that property investment needed a more considered approach that looked at everything from finances to lifestyle. As more and more “quick fix” operators entered the property investment field, he wanted to develop an advice driven professional service combining his two areas of expertise.
John launched IFP Advisory in 2012.
Since then, the business has grown significantly, and John is still an industry pioneer helping people create wealth and security via residential property. His approach is designed to help clients safely outperform the average investor and give their family the financial freedom they deserve.
John is also a member of PIPA (PIPA is the peak Property Investment Industry Association in Australia) and hold accreditation with the ASPIRE Property Advisor Network.
