Let me tell you the Tale of Two Investors.
Back in 2018 two separate couples who were in very similar circumstances (financially and demographically) got in touch – they both wanted to build a solid property portfolio (both inside and outside of super).
This is a 100% true story based on real investors however their names have been changed in this instance.
These are their stories…with very different outcomes…so far!

Quite simply, one couple followed the mutually agreed strategy and took action.
